Team Kentucky Covid-19 Memorial Community Advisory Panel

To commemorate the losses and sacrifices Kentuckians have experienced during this once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, Governor Andy Beshear announced a Team Kentucky COVID-19 Memorial will be placed at the State Capitol Monument Park to serve as a reminder to future generations of the sacrifices and losses of our fellow Kentuckians during this difficult time.

The Governor's Office is seeking Kentuckians impacted by Covid-19 to serve on the Team Kentucky Covid-19 Memorial's Community Advisory Panel. The panel will be tasked with providing input on the concept proposals submitted by finalists that have been selected to submit site-specific proposals for consideration. If you have been impacted by Covid-19 and wish to serve on this panel, please fill out the form below by July 30, 2021.

Team Kentucky COVID-19 Memorial Fund

Governor Beshear has established the Team Kentucky COVID-19 Memorial Fund to help commemorate the losses and sacrifices Kentuckians experienced during this once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. The Fund will be used to design, build, and maintain a COVID-19 memorial in the Monument Park on the State Capitol Grounds. This memorial will remind future generations of the hardships that all of the Commonwealth endured during this difficult time and the sacrifices we all made to overcome it.
